Best Western Plus Park Airport Hotel

I was very thankful that the shuttle bus was there for me after I landed at 1145pm at night. It was my first time at the airport and I had challenges with calling the airport from my US cell phone. I hadn't confirmed prior bit when I messaged the hotel to ask about the shuttle bus times, it seems like they noted it down because after struggling to call the number I came outside just to check and the shuttle bus was there waiting for me. I'm so very thankful to have that care that late at night and for my first time here. The room was very clean and spacious enough for me one night. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. The staff were very polite and respectful. I like how you can use the shuttle to get to the airport then connect with transportation to the city center fir Stockholm. That is a great feature.

Good breakfast, with variety. Very good transfer to and from airport, the bus was comfortable and driver drove carefully. 10 minutes transfer time (and only 10 minutes waiting for transfer on arrival) Hotel has long term parking facilities. Room with 4 beds, not the usual 2 beds and double bunker.

Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The shuttle bus to pickup/drop off at Arlanda was excellent: timely and the driver was very courteous and friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide assortment of foods to satisfy every palate. The room was spacious with modern decor. The linens were clean and perfectly pressed. The spa towels are perfect. The bed was super comfortable. The blackout curtains extended the length of the wall, ceiling to floor which is a good thing in the summer in Sweden as the sky never darkens. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully decorated with luscious white, glazed subway tiles. The toiletries are wonderful: vegan, animal cruelty free. The room also had complimentary coffee, tea, and a small electric pot for hot water. Also, a large screen TV. The staff was friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated the help of Katjia who welcomed us with a big smile at the front desk

The room was very small, but clean and fine for one night. The TV was not working, didn't seem to be hooked up to any active source as I tried all settings with the remote and nothing appeared. The buffet breakfast was great, it would be nice to have a real espresso though and fresh pastries, there were cookies and pancakes though. The shuttle run well and I was able to store my luggage the next day. All the staff was very pleasant.

The breakfast offers a lot of variety - everything you expect and some nice surprises. The breakfast hours are very generous.
